terminated parental rights.

I have a 14 yr. old daughter that was adopted by my ex-husband when she was 6. Now, for the past 4 years her biological father, who signed his rights away legally, has been back in the picture. What are his rights to her?

If the biological father's rights were terminated in an proper court action, he has no legal rights with respect to your daughter.
