terminating parental rights

I have a 10 year old daughter that I have raised by myself from the time she was born, her father has been in and out of jail once for hitting a police officer with a stolen car, quite a few times for robbery & assault I want to know what I would have to do to get his parental rights terminated I have full custody of her and I want to move out of PA with her am I going to have a problem doing so and what do I have to do to be able to get him out of my life

Speak with a private attorney or go to Legal Aid. Below are the gounds for termination and some things that are not gounds for termination.

Circumstances That Are Grounds for Termination:

Abuse/Neglect

Failure of Reasonable Efforts

Abuse/Neglect or Loss of Rights of Another Child

Sexual Abuse

Failure to Maintain Contact

Failure to Provide Support

Failure to Establish Paternity

Child's Best Interest

Child in care 15 of 22 months (or less)

Felony assault of child or sibling

Murder/Manslaughter of sibling child

Circumstances That Are Not Grounds for Termination:

Abandonment or Extreme Parental Disinterest

Mental Illness or Deficiency

Alcohol or Drug Induced Incapacity

Felony Conviction/Incarceration

Child Judged in Need of Services/Dependent
