if i terminate the parent/child

relationship, do i still have to pay child

support?

How do you plan on terminating your parental rights?

If you sign a voluntary termination of parental rights because the child in question is to be adopted then your obligation to pay support ends.

However, unless your child is being adopted you can not voluntarily terminate your parental rights.
