Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

Time limit????

My divorce papers have been filed for 3 1/2 years and drags on. Am I still legally married or is there a time limit to be legally divorced?

Until a decree has been issued you're still married. There may be issues that are keeping the decree from being issued.
