Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania
My ex told me that he's suing me for custody because I am moving 10 miles further than I do now. I said my mother-in-law to be would be babysitting the boys after school. He said she's not family so I will lose. He said I will lose custody because his family lives close to him? Is this true?

Maybe but does your ex have a Supreme Court ID number? Ask him and when he asks you what that is you know he doesn't have one. Hence, he's not a lawyer.
Generally courts don't switch primary custody absent a really good reason. Moving 10 miles isn't one of them. Further, who provides day care doesn't seem relevant.
