my trust fund and divorce

i have a trust fund set up, that i will be getting 14 years from now, in the event of a divorce will my husband be able to receive and money from my trust fund?...the trust fund is solely in my name...thank you

Division of property questions are very fact sensitive but here are a couple of importane things concerning trusts.

If the principal of the trust was deposited before the marriage, its yours. The income on that principal, during the marriage however may be considered as a marital asset. I offer free consultations.
