trust funds and arrears child support

If a dead beatdad in PA ,is evading child support on Welfare. Then we find he has a hidden trust fund his father in NJ has set up for him to milk off of.. (we are in nys orrigional support order began here) Can we have this garnished for support owed and forth coming?

We? The problem is it maybe a Spendthrift trust which is harder for the creditors to seize. The real problem is a trust is not really his property so even though his a beneficiary it may not be considered money you can go after.

A lot may depend on the county you're in. The degree to which support orders are enforced varies by county.
