Type your question here...my ex husband and i have joint custody of our daughter. if I marry someone who is in the military will I be able to take my daughter to move with him?

You might in such cases the court looks at what are called the Gruber Factors, a special case of the Best interests of the Child Standard. Whether you could move would require more information.
