thank u.I have the same last name as my late grandfather because my mother had me young and was never married so he have me his last name and most of my life i lived with my grandparents im i deemed adopted and im i deemed his legal air.Thank u agian.

It depends whether or not your grandfather had a will and who his estate passed to according to the will. If there was no will, his estate will pass to family members according to law.
