Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

un-reimbursed medical expenses

my ex and I have had a support agreement in place since 2003, however, in this time my ex has never submitted any itemization forms or bills for our son's un-reimbursed medical expenses. would i be expected to give her a lump sum for the total amount I owe? or is there a statute of limitations that covers unreimbursed expenses?

Re: un-reimbursed medical expenses

Assuming its a contract not an order she would have 4 years to recover. That is any thing over 4 years old would exceed the statute of limitations.

Under the support law medical expenses must be submitted by the end of March of the following year. So if you didn't get anything by March 31 this year the DRO would not order you to pay the 2007 expenses.
