unsigned marriage license

I'd like to file for a divorce...I got out my mariage license..& noticed..it was never signed...does this mean I was never legally married? If not..what does it mean?

Depends on who didn't sign. It also depends on when you were married.

That said the cost of filing for divorce is the same as filing for an annulment. So bottom line: One, you have a valid marriage. Two, the cost of ending the marriage doesn't change if you go for an annulment as opposed to a divorce.
