Useing attorney from the past

10 years ago I used a certian attorney for my divorce My wife now may soon to be ex wife has contacted this same attorney My question is can this attorney represent her after I have used this attorney in the past and planed to use the same attorney in this divorce thank you Rod Phillips

The attorney should turn her down. However, you might want to notify him that you are going to need his service and that he should avoid a conflict if your soon to be ex may be contacting him.
