Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

Vacate Child Custody Order part2

10 yrs ago I was incarcerated and I was sent legal documents acknowledging paternity of at the time I thought to be my daughter. I served a ten yr sentence and after my release I found out the little girl isn't mines. How do I vacate the order of paternity

new ?

I have witnesses that knew that the mother was lying and also the little girl by her own admission knew that she had another father and siblings but she was forced by her mother to lye when she was with me and my family while I was in jail and after my release. At the time I received the legal documents I was on trial and I was forced to sign the papers by the prison they threaten to throw me in the hole if I didn't sign the papers. This is why I'm questioning the paternity now what is the next step for me I would like for a judge to hear my case

You will have to file a petition and convince a judge that the circumstances of your case deserve a hearing. At the hearing, if you get one, you will have to present very very convincing evidence (almost beyond a reasonable doubt) that you were forced to sign the acknowledgement against your will or that you were lied to.
