Vacate Child Custody Order

10 yrs ago I was incarcerated and I was sent legal documents acknowledging paternity of at the time I thought to be my daughter. I served a ten yr sentence and after my release I found out the little girl isn't mines. How to do vacate the order of paternity

You may have to wait for the law to change on this one. If you signed the acknowledgment and went through a support proceeding without challenging it, or asking for a paternity test you may be out of luck. You'll have to convince a judge to allow you to challenge the acknowledgment and you have to have very very strong evidence that there was fraud, that you were forced to sign, or that there was a mistake.
