Going on Vacation?
The mother and myself have a 2 year old. We are sepperated. I want to take a vacation for 2 weeks to Florida. I know she will not aloow me to take him on a plane or anything. do I have a right to take him on a vacation?

Is there a custody order? If there is what does it say about travel. If you don't have a custody order you should get one. It helps establish what custody rights each party has.
