Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

violation of court order

My mother in law is in a bitter divorce. The home is full of antiques and other small items worth a quite a bit of money. My father in law is under a court order not to remove any items from the home to re-sell, however he continues to do so at will. My mother in law has a lawyer but nothing is being done to prevent him from doing whatever he wishes to. There is also a locked trailer that he only has the key for, even though it is both of theres that is filled with items that were not to be removed from the home but he has put there while she's at work. She has called the police, but they told her do not call here again it is a civil matter. Who does she need to get in contact with to inforce the court order to stop the removel of the items in question?

Re: violation of court order

She need to file a Contempt petition with the court that issues the order.

Because she has an attorney its up to her to get him to act or find another attorney.
