Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania
visitation rules
I moved an hour and a half away from my son's father to a different state. We were never married, he pays child support, we never went through the courst system, do I have to drive my son to his dad's house for visitation or even have to meet him halfway? or can I expect him to have to drive here to pick him up and drop him off every other weekend, what are the laws, if any?

Re: visitation rules
The law says its what ever you agree to do. As a practical matter you should get a custody order in place.
You can go about this several ways. One is to come up with an agreement and have it made an order of the court. The other is to have the court decide.
Clearly, the first option is cheaper and better all around. However, it would be best if before you file such an agreement have an attorney review it. So that is both clear and enforceable.
