Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

Do I Still Have Visitations Rights

I had a son in August of 2001. After a DNA in April of 2002, I was determined his father. I was able to be in his life for about the first year, after that, my now ex who has my daughters would not allow me to go see my son. When my ex threw me out in May of 2004 I have since tried to see my son. I have only seen him but a few times in 2004, and the mother is now refusing to allow me around him at all. I do get visitation of my daughters, every other Sat. which I had to fight for, and am currently fighting for more. I have the papers to file for visitation of my son. I will be able to see him, right? Will it have to be supervised? I have conversations from yahoo where the mother says that she will not allow me around him. What should, can I do?

Re: Do I Still Have Visitations Rights

You need to file for a custody order. Once that is in place you will have the right to enjoy partial custody.

There is a big difference between visitation and partial custody.

Whether the visitation needs to be supervised is up to the court.
