Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

Waiving the 90 day waiting period

The clerk in Delaware County's divorce intake office insists that the Waiver of Notice of Intention form specificially state that the 90 day waiting period be waived because I want to file the full packet of fully executed documents -- and not wait 90 days after filing the complaint. However, the standard form I'm using simply states ''I consent to the entry of a final decree of Divorce without notice''. What is the proper wording needed to comply with this request for waiving the 90 day waiting period.
