Hi my name is wanda pacheco

I want to get divorce

i got married with a mexican man because my mom wanted me to give him legal residence papers i did not want to but i did becuse of her i was 19 at the time now i am 29 and i can't get a divorce from him because he was diported to his country i did not do his paper can you please help me what should i do in this case i can not afford what lawyer are asking me to pay and some are very cheap but they say is inpossible with out his signature.

There is a procedure for divorcing someone out of the country. However you may need a special order of the court.

Hopefully you can find an attorney you can afford for this procedure.
