Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

My ex gets two weeks of vacation a year (broken up in two seven day periods) with our daughter but, it is my understanding that she is not allowed to attach her seven days of vacation to her normal time with our daughter. She gave me vacation notice three months ago saying she was taking my daughter for 11 days in a row ( Seven days vacation and her weekend visitation) I told her no she is only allowed to have seven days in a row. I have a lot of e-mails stating that I denied the vacation on these grounds yet she still is taking the vacation and is actually on it as we speak. Can I bring her to contempt court over this?? She has denied me vacation in the past for the same reason yet when she wants to do it she just goes forth with it. Also duruing this time she is denieing me phone time every time I go to talk to our daughter my ex hangs the phone up on me.

You could try a petition for contempt---it would probably go to mediation......bhu you don;t have to stand for it....

If you would like legal help, call me

It MIGHT be something you can do yourself, but a lawyer might come in handy.
