Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

My widowed father who is 77 is talking about marrying a 56 yr old, whom he has know for several years. We are concerened about his assets going to her upon his death. He has cancer and has been given 5 yrs to live. My siblings and I are afraid his girlfriend will inherit his home, which is paid, and all his assets.

If her name is not on the deed, will she be entitled to the house?

If they marry, she may have a share in his estate. His Will controls how some of the assets get divided, but even if a spouse is not included in the Will, that spouse is entitled to a certain elective share of the estate.
