Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

My wife and I are getting a divorce in Pennsylvania. We plan to do mediation. However finding one has taken some time. And in that time (2 months) my wife has increased her spending by a lot. I plan to give her what she deserves and not keep anything from her but she is spending so much ($1k over budget last month and already $500 this month). We shared a credit card and I got my name taken off of it. But now she is just using the debit card linked to our join banking account. I've tried explaining to her that she can't do that but she continues. What are my legal options here? I think she is going to push hard against getting her name removed from the account.
