Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

My wife is going to file for divorce. We still reside together. I am not going to sign any paperwork. How long can I remain in our residence & how long can I delay the divorce ? I do not want to move nor do I want a divorce. We live in Phila., PA. Thank you.

It seems you want to contest the divorce. Your best option would be to meet with an attorney to discuss the factual matters involved with your case. every case is distinct. regarding how long you can remain in the residence depends on many factor.
