Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

My wife filed for a divorse in Pa on March 26th 2009, and although I want a divorse she wont sign the papers? Also On March 2009 she filed for spousal support and I am ordered t. to pay 1000.00 per month. I have NO kids she makes 43,000 a yr and I make 77,000 per yrI was only married 17 months.

Spousal upport is only available as long as she remains your spouse. She has an obligation to keep the divorce process moving. If she does not, you can petition to terminate the spousal support.
