Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania
me and my wife are filling a no fault divore we really dont have any assists with eachother. the car that she is driving was my dads and when he died i took it it is in my name. we agreed that she will pay me half of the value when she starts a new job right now she has 3 more months of school left. in return she wont take me for alamony. if we write up a agreement and get it notarized will it hold up in court if it came down to it.

No. How do you plan to enforce the agreement? It needs to be part of the divorce. This isn't something you can do yourself.
