Wife leaves with jointly owned car
Is there anything I can do if my wife leaves with our car with both our names on the loan and the registration? Thanks.

She has as much right to the car as you do, although you have an interest in any equity. Certainly, you should think about commencing divorce proceedings and bringing her conduct before the jurisdiction of the court.
