Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

I believe that my wife plans on filing for divorce once her father passes away. Part of her inheritance is a life insurance policy which she is the sole benificiary. For the past year my father in law has not been able to pay the premium and I have paid it to keep the policy active. My wife has not worked in 30 years and I have been our only means of income. When and if my father in law passes away and my wife files for divorce am I entitled to any of the life insurance inheritance?

You may get credit for the premium payments. However, under PA law, inheritance is not marital property. But it will be a factor in dividing marital property, as a separate asset she has. Please contact me when and if ready to proceed. Offer as freee 1/2 hour consult.
