Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

My wife and I are currently seeking a divorce. She stayed in the house and now is having financial problems. She has said if I don't help her with her bills she will take the kids and go where she has to. The paperwork has not been filed yet but we discussed that the kids stay in the school district. My question is can she leave and what are my options to keep her from leaving?

It sounds like you left the house? You would have at least a child support obligation, and based on incomes, may also have a spousal support obligation, and an obligation to pay part of the mortgage. I would have to review the respective income information. You could always move back into the home and file for custody to keep them there. You cannot keep her from leaving, but may be able to prevent the kids from leaving.
