Generally, I would say no. I do have a concern, however, if there are children involved.

I think Judges typically like to keep the kids in the marital home when spouses get divorced, and generally want to create the fewest number of waves for kids when their world comes crashing down. If you have kids, and they stay in the marital home with your wife while you move out, it may be difficult to get yourself back in the house if a divorce occurs and you are not the primary custodial parent! Other than that situation, I do not think you will be harmed by temporarily moving out. Best of luck to you both, whatever your ultimate decision.
