Me and my wife are separated. Can she remove any of the items we brought joint out of the home without me knowing?

practically she can. Legally she would have to account for it in the determination of how assets are split in your divorce. You do not indicate who lives in the home presently. You should take an inventory of everything in the home so that if items are missing they can be claimed later. You should discuss the situation with an attorney as the facts you have listed are quite sketchy. ideally both of you would agree upon a list of the marital property at the homne and put it on paper and perhaps have it notarized for future discussion when assets are allocated by both of you either by agreement or cour proceedings.

I would keep track of what she is taking. If they are large items and/or valuable, you may want to take action by having the divorce filed and seeking a court order to ahve her stop removing the items. I have several office locations if you want to schedule a appointment.
