Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

My wife and I are separated, she will not let me see my children. I have made numerous attempts to see my kids. Now I heard that she is going to try to get me for abandonment so I have no rights. Will I get papers when she does this so I can fight it.

Then you need to file for custody. You aren't required to ask for primary custody. The sooner you act the sooner you'll get to see your children.
