Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

My wife and i have been separated for 3 years now. We've been through custody and child support court. My question is: does she have any right to any thing i inherate from here on out?

My question is after 3 years why aren't you divorced. You also should write a will that would also keep her from inheriting by the intestate laws.
