Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

My wife and I have been seperated for three years. She lives in NJ, and I Pa. My wife now wants to divorce and move into the house we purchased three years ago. Can she force me out of the house and move in. I have been living in the house since she left.

If it is in joint name, she can try to move back in. I would recommend that you can file a divorce and request exclusive possession of the house, to her exclusion, at least until it is determined how the marital assets will be divided.
