Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

My ex wife and I have shared legal custody of our 2children. I pay a lot of money each year for support. If she won't sign the tax form to let me claim 1 of the children on my taxes is there anything I can do?

Get a court order say you can. Or see if your entitled per the IRS rules and then make the claim on your taxes and be prepared to fight the IRS.
