Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

my wife is having a wedding ceremony on thursday and i just received papers in the mail that our divorce was denied is this illegal? Not sure if she got a marriage licsense or not but even if she didn't isn't this some how illegal

The acting of getting married while still married to another is bigamy. last I checked that's still a crime in Pennsylvania.
