Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania
Wife wishes to leave with our 2 children.
I'm having a dispute with my wife of 15 years. On a few occasions she has flown off in a screaming fit of rage and anger in front of our 2 daughters, ages 15 and 13. I would like to work things out but she is being difficult. She is threatening to leave and take the children. I believe I am the more qualified parent. What can I do to keep the children?

Re: Wife wishes to leave with our 2 children.
Should your wife's threat to leave with the children become a realistic imminent act, you may file an Emergency Petition for Custody with the court, to obtain a temporary order of custody blocking her removal of the children from the jurisdiction.
It would be best for you to consult with an attorney now if you feel that it is necessary to be prepared to act quickly in the future.
