Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

my wife of 18 years has admitted to an ongoing affair and has continued with this affair for the past two months. she has told me and our children and friends/relatives as soon as she finds a job (unemployed since feb) that she wants to sign off any rights to our house and my vehicle. since she is continuing with her affair and leaving with her "boyfriend" around 5pm every day and coming home around 1:30 each morning with hickey marks is there a legal way to make her move out immediatly? this is causing me mental stress to see the woman i love do this, and our 15 yr. old son and 9 yr. old daughter think she should not live with us anymore even though we love her its time to end this.

You would need to file for divorce. After that you could file for exclusive possession of the marital residence.
