Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

my ex wifes husbands of 35 years ago, came out of gutter and is calling and harassment my wife and

i wanting money.Wants $200 times 36 months.We where married 2 months had nothing, not even a car. They live in Florida, We live in P.A. we have all convervations on tape and text messages. Help us stop these crazy people. Thank YOU!

In Pa you cannot record phone conversations unless the other party consents.

Your Wife can file for a PFA but otherwise after 35 years he has no claim that a court would consider.
