My Ex will not allow my daughter to see me

My Ex has been poisining my 14 yr old child jen for the past 3 years since we split and my ex keeps telling me that jen doesnt want to spend time with me and I only want to see my child just ''to get back at her'' That is not the case at all I just want to see my daughter!! I have a girlfriend who also has children and jen and her children are actually friends. I know my ex is only afraid of losing her daughter, so she has her brain washed! My questions are can jen decide if she wants to spend time with me? my ex claims shes old enough to choose! She also has said that she will dig up every bad thing about my girlfriend, so she can never be around her! I just want some direction, How can I have a relationship with my child when her mom is determined to destroy it? I also have two sons 18 & 21 and I have a good relationship with them since they don't live with their mom any more! My ex is really vindictive and I know jen has been fed a whole bunch of lies about me & my girlfriend..Please Help! Thanks..

You need to file for a formal custody arrangement throught the Court to "guarantee" your time...if your Ex ignores court Orders, then you'll be able to ask the Court to find her in contempt.
