No will
me and my husband do not have a will. What rights do i have as a wife if my husband pass away

If there is no will the intestacy laws and right of succession apply. If there are children they would share in the estate with the wife depending on the number of children. You would be advised to have a will drawn up to avoid messy issues. If you would like to contact my office we would be happy to set up an appointment.
