Will pregnancy help

Heres my situation...My husband and I are getting divorced. My ex boyfriend lives in another state and I want to move there with my 3 year old daughter to my Husband. If I were to get pregnant to my ex boyfriend would the courts then let me leave the state with my daughter to my ex boyfriends state.

Re: Will pregnancy help

Courts are required to take into account which parent is more committed to having both parents involved in the child's life. A judge could see such a quick move and pregnancy as an attempt to cut off contact with the father. You are Probably better off trying to establish primary custody and then petitioning the Court for the right to move than what you described. I offer fre consultations.
