Where will support/equitable distribution come from?

PA marriage of 8 years, 1 child. Husband used income acquired prior to separation (but during marriage) to purchase a house after separation - but while divorce action still pending. Concealed purchase from wife. Support/alimony pendente lite hearing still pending, no orders yet. Husband's income greater than wife's. If support, based on income guidelines, leaves husband with little or nothing left because of new mortgage and related expenses, will guidelines still be followed? If so, what happens to his new property if he can't afford it? Husband could have purchased a lower priced house but bought one based on maximum affordability (and this was based on unguaranteed overtime). Loan underwriters never contacted wife about purchase, unsure what marital status was used on mortgage application. If all marital savings were used to purchase house, how does wife obtain equitable distribution?

You need to look at the deed. Any real property bought during the marriage even during separation is subject to the entireties privilege. In plain english you may have an ownership interest in the house.
