myFATHER died in 2006, the lawyer who wrote his will is our excecutor. my fathers will was written by a lawyer who 1 year prior was in a car accident, and claimed his mind plays tricks on him and was compensated 5 million for this 3 years after will was wriiten! can he legally do this, is this will even valid?

Who gave him five million bucks?? Generally the validity of the will depends upon the competence of the testator, not the attorney who wrote the will (they call him the scrivener). Is there something wrong with the will? If you know that it does not reflect your dad's wishes you could have challenged it. Was the attorney declared to be incapacitated? Does he have a guardian?
