Wills

My father was killed three weeks ago and I wanted to know if there is any way of us finding out if he had a will?

Re: Wills

I am sorry for your loss. If your father had an attorney or an accountant, I would check with them; also check if he had a safe deposit box and kept a copy there. Unfortunately, when you make a Will you do not have to file it anywhere.

If there is any legal assistance as to the circumstances of his being killed, either in an accident or otherwise, you may also have rights to some sort of recovery.

Please call if you care to discuss at no charge.
