How long does a person have to contest a will , My father passed away sept,8,2007. The attorney representing my family never read or gave a copy of the will to myself. I feel very wronged

If you were expecting a reading like they have on TV or in the movies they don't happen in real life.

As your father died less than 2 months ago its a little premature to expect much. Once the will is filed for probate the first thing that is done is to advertise so that those who owe the estate money know to pay up and those to whom the estate owes money can make their claim. Until all that happens its hard to make sense of a will.
