a woman mentally abuses her cancer stricken husband for years and never helped with the caring of him and lies to everyone and says he threatens her and never lets his family visit. What are his rights in a divorce?

The abuse and not allowing family to visit are not relevant factors unless they serve as grounds for a fault-based divorce ro legal separation.
Alimony and equitable distribution will be based on the statutory factors and his health would come into the picture as well as the length of marriage.
He needs to see a family law attorney.
