Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

hello I was wondering I have custody of my daughter and her father sees her every other weekend. I am married and would like to get two of my daughters names changed to my new last name. they both have my maiden name as of now. wondering if I could just get them changed over to my name without court order. also on the birth certificate my daughter doesn't have a father listed is that ok to change her last name to my married name.
