if i write up a paper stated that i will drop child support down.can i go in two day to the domestic relations office and file again

You, as a parent, cannot bargain away your child's right to child support, so whatever you signed is a nullity. The child is entitled to at least as much as the guidelines amount. I suggest that you contact your local domestic relations office.
