Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania
'In Writting' Laws
I'm 19 with a 17 un- emancipated girlfriend from oregon, we now live in PA.
We have a 3 month old son together.
I am trying to work something out to where she can go visit her family in oregon and have no choice but to come back as she promised after i get my own place (I'm saving up money while living with my parents).
Her mother mentioned to me that if we put in writting with our signatures what we want to happen with this that it becomes a legal document.
I want to know if this is true and if there are no faults within this idea to screw me over..
I want to write that it's ok for her to leave for oregon until i find a place and then she comes back, if not then i get custody of the baby.
If true with no faults, what must be writtin down for this to take legal effect?

Ask you girlfriend's mother for her attorney ID number, Oh, she doesn't have one? Do you let her do surgery on you too?
Point is before the child leaves PA you need a custody order!!!
It's not hard to get you might even be able to get one on your own, That said you need to talk to a lawyer!
You instincts are correct you could easily get the shaft here.
